ASVIAN is a two-sided healthcare technology platform launching across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. A patient app helps people discover and book trusted private clinics; a clinic partner app helps practices manage listings, availability, bookings, and patient pipeline. Our in-house team also offers optional paid growth services for partner clinics.

You can book an introductory call with our team through the scheduling tool on this site. Slots are offered in 30-minute increments, require at least 12 hours' notice, and are available within a rolling 15-day window. Confirmation is sent by email; you may reschedule or cancel using the links in that email.

App registration is free during the launch window for a limited number of early partner clinics. Growth services — such as advertising, SEO, and AI agents — are optional paid add-ons agreed separately based on your practice's goals. After the launch window, standard listing pricing applies.

ASVIAN is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and any care is delivered solely by the independent clinics you choose to engage.

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping, no attempts to breach security, no submitting false or misleading information, and no use that violates applicable law.

The ASVIAN name, logo, design, and content are the property of ASVIAN. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASVIAN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ASVIAN is registered, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of ASVIAN's place of incorporation.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
