When you book a call, join our waitlist, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, clinic name, country, practice type, and your chosen appointment time. We also record the time zone your browser reports so we can show appointment times correctly.

We collect limited, anonymized usage analytics (pages viewed and actions taken) to understand how the site is used. We do not collect medical records or health information through this website.

We use your details to schedule and manage appointments, respond to enquiries, onboard partner clinics, and improve the platform. We may email you about your booking, your waitlist registration, or services you asked about.

We never sell your personal information, never share it with advertisers, and never share your details with other clinics or third parties except as needed to provide the service you requested.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate: secure cloud hosting and databases, Google Calendar for appointment scheduling, Google Analytics for anonymized usage measurement, and an email delivery service for transactional messages. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.

We keep booking and waitlist records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
